Australian Catholics ban funeral pop songs

Forget “my Way”, “Amazing Grace” and “What a Wonderful World”, and don’t even think about a football club anthem. All songs bar hymns have been banned from Catholic funerals by the Archbishop of Melbourne, who has ruled that services should not be a secular celebration of the dead person’s life.

US pastor Terry Jones planning Koran bonfire followed by sex with Donkey’s

A US pastor says he is not “backing down” from plans to burn copies of the Koran on the anniversary of 9/11, despite international outrage.

“We are not convinced that backing down is the right thing,” said Terry Jones of 50-member Florida church, the Dove World Outreach Center.

Terry is also planning after burning the Koran to go out and have sex with a mule and a small donkey called daisy?

Fundamental problems with the Bible’s History

The Hebrew Bible (Torah) and Christian Scripture (both Old and New Testaments) are works considered to be sacred and authoritative writings by the respective faith groups that revere their specific collections of biblical writings. The Old Testament collection, or Hebrew Bible, was originally composed in Hebrew, except for parts of Daniel and Ezra that are written in Aramaic. These writings depict Israelite religion from its beginnings to about the 2nd Century BC. The New Testament writings were in Koine (common) Greek.
